Restaurant
We serve food based on traditional Torendalen and Swedish cooking, including game, fish, white coffee cheese, Kangos cakes, flatbread, sima, capercaillie, ptarmigan, cloudberries, cranberries, and boiled coffee. In most cases the food is made from ingredients taken from the forests and nature. We bake bread ourselves - flatbread and loaves using a local (confidential) recipe.
Many of the ingredients are produced locally and are without exception of the highest quality.
Lunchtime dish of the day is served with a salad buffet, bread and butter, a drink and and coffee. In addition to lunch of the day, there is an à la carte menu.
