Food at Forest Hotel

Forest Hotel is well-known for its delicious, nourishing food. Here our guests can enjoy good cooking based on local ingredients. Tornedalen dishes are our forte, and we put a lot of thought and care into our cooking. We take inspiration from nature and from the changing seasons.

One very special gastronomic experience that we offer is barbecued whole reindeer in a lávvu tent, breast of capercaillie cooked in butter, and fillet of reindeer marinated in brandy.
