Fishing

Fishing in angler’s paradise?

Forest Hotel offers you a number of exclusive angling sites in exotic Lapland, with more than 1,000 km of pristine rivers and lakes. You can fish for grayling, trout and salmon. Our local guides take you to the best fishing spots - to give you the best opportunities. Tärendö/Kalix River, flowing past Forest Hotel, has a reputation as one of the world's best fishing waters.

Together with professional guides we arrange fishing trips with anything from 3 to 14 days of fishing in different areas and settings, all in line with the customer's needs and wishes. Along the rivers it is not unusual to land salmon as big as 20 kg, trout up to 5 kg and grayling up to 2 kg. During your fishing adventure, you stay and eat at the delightful Forest Hotel, where the environment and service are as warm and personal as you could wish.
Family packages with alternative activities are also arranged. This offer applies only to non-commercial angling, for clubs/organisations and groups of 4 or more.
